Tomorrow I’m going for less than 1,100 calories, and I have workouts tomorrow morning for an hour so my day is already looking okay!
Okay this is super embaressing to post - it’s actually painful to look at how large I was back then. Also, bearing in mind these are ‘flattering’ before photos hahaha :/
Anyway the before shots were 15 kilos of fat ago. I stopped losing ‘weight’ back in June when I started focusing more on weight training but I have lost cms.
P.s Don’t consider my current photo’s as after photos per sey. There is much more progress where that came from :D

This before is one of the only body shots I could find from the time. Trust me, I was not happy with with what I was hiding under all of that shareware and fabric.
I’m so proud of the progress I’ve made but I’m not done yet :)

Maybe if I post all my meals I won’t over eat..haha, so breakfast is oats & flax oatmeal w/1 splenda, walnuts, half a banana, raspberries and blackberries!
